Great item though not non-stick

The Calphalon Hard-Anodized saucepan is extremely strong and well built. It must be known however that Hard anodized is not the same as non-stick and need a few drops of oil. Other than that, the item is excellent.

Great Saucepan.

It's hard to go wrong buying Calphalon stuff,it all seems to be really high quality.Personally I can only afford it when it is on sale! Luckily it is often marked down really well at Amazon.If you want cookware that will last a long time and clean up easily,this is it.

I love my Roomba

I have been having back problems and find it hard to vacuum, so when I heard about the Roomba I thought it was worth a try and am I glad I did. It is amazing on both carpet and hard floors like wood and tile, and it even goes under the bed and my sofa. The only tiny problem I have is, it sometimes has a hard time finding its way back to the charger when it runs down at the other end of the house, so I have to take it there. and how hard is that?
I understand they are coming out soon with one that washes floors, I cant wait!!

could be really good, but isn't

The edges of your room and furniture will be vacuumed as thoroughly as possible (but still not that great) the rest of your home is very hit or miss, and it isn't that powerful, and it is rare that it finds it's way back to the charging station. But it's ok if you need to vacuum a lot and don't always have the time.

Excellent product, great customer support

I purchased it 6 months ago when i got my new house, i moved from a small appartment so it was too much space to vacuum. Now i think this was one of the best investments, i save lot of time and the house is always clean. I run my age old hoover once every three weeks or a month and roomba does the rest. You can see how much dust/debris it accumulates in the bin.

After using it for couple of months almost every day it suddenly stopped, no action what so ever. No lights nothing... just dead. Tried every thing, pulling the battery and putting it back, cooling it down and made sure the battery is fully charged and all sorts of things with no life in it. Then i went to irobot.com and checked there frequently asked questions with not much help and then i called the customer service, some nice lady answered me with in a minute and ran me thru a procedure of steps (unplug the power, remove the battery, press the power switch on roomba for 30 seconds, put the battery back and start it - voila it worked). She said the system sometime goes into a sleep mode becuase of too much usage (obviously i used it every day for two months). Now its been four months and i still use it atleast twice a week without any problems.
A must have for every household.

Pros:
Auto recharge feature is great, my roomba is always charged.
Cleans a good sized room in about 90 mins and covers every cornor.
Automatically and efficiently changes from carpet mode to floor mode.
SAVES TIME.
Great customer service.

Cons:
Little bit pricy.
Filters need to be changed every month or two but not expensive. I never changed it in six months, wash the same one again and again.
Bit noisy if you are in the same room.

This filter is what is suggested for a Sears 46-9905 filter replacement, but it actually needs an adapter in order to fit. You can get it from GEappliances.com

A good thing for in refrigerator water filtration

I bought a GE Refrigerator about three years ago and it came with GWF water filtration system. I have never had any problems with this system. When I forgot to replace this after six months of usage, the refrigerator alerts me with a Replace Filter indicator that now it's time.
I recommend inspecting your water cartridge label before shopping for one. Many people buy different cartridge than the recommended and end up complaining.
I am going to buy this cartridge again this year to replace my old one. Once I do that, I do not have to worry about my drinking water again! (Until my refrigerator reminds me!)

Not a Replacement

Consumers BEWARE! The GE Smartwater GWF filter is not a replacement for the old 'Culligan' FXRC metal filter. Despite the available adapter, the new Smartwater GWF filter was designed for a newer 'high-pressure' system installed in GE refrigerators manufactured after 2001. On the older models using normal water pressure [mine is a GE Performance Profile] these filters do not work. They will seem fine at first, only to run to a trickle in less than a month. I burned through several of these at @ $40.00 each until I discovered the problem.

With millions of wasted filters and dollars at stake, GE refuses to acknowledge the problem. I was told to find a technician at my expense. GE refused to replace the filters with a properly designed compatible model.

Undoubtedly, the WORST product I've ever owned

This is a piece of junk. I can't believe I'm out $50. Not only does it make terrible tasting, overly dark, bitter coffee- today the lid became vacuum-sealed to the top, and couldn't even be pried open with a knife.

I placed it in a garbage bag and smashed it with my foot into hundreds of pieces.

Any positive review you have read about this hunk of crap was undeoubtedly written by a Senseo employee.

The foam adds an interesting element to the coffee brew. While it may not be the elusive crema sought by some, it adds texture to the cup. Overall the Senseo is a very good single cup coffee machine. Combined with an excellent dark roast coffee it is very presentable.

'Bucks Junkie Approves

I am a Starbucks Coffee Junkie. Like other reviewers, I hesitated before making the jump to a single-serving pod coffee maker. I now report that the Senseo has replaced my Starbucks Barista drip coffee maker. The coffee is excellent (although more varieties would be appreciated) and the Senseo machine is high quality (much better than similar Black-and-Decker systems). For convenience sake, the Senseo pods are ideal: coffee is always fresh and hot. I have not experienced a problem with the unit at high elevations and am now completely addicted to my Senseo. After I purchased my first unit, I purchased another for work. (FYI: Amazon.com has the best prices on the actual coffee pods, especially with Prime.) Loooooove this machine.
